West Seattle welcomes the latest addition to its flourishing California Avenue as the new Blackbird Bistro opens its doors to Seattle diners. Blackbird brings a New American bistro-style cuisine to the table with a focus on local, seasonal, and organic produce along with grain-fed meats, poultry and North West seafood.
