PLANNING PROCESS
With her team of experienced vendors, all of whom have worked with her in the past, Carol can make the wedding planning process an enjoyable and fun experience. She starts by interviewing the client (the bride, the groom, the mother and other interested parties) and gaining an understanding of their vision of the day. After learning the wedding budget, the number of guests and the type of wedding, Carol prepares a detailed cost analysis. Before the client visits a single vendor, she can make any necessary modifications to the vision guidelines.

The next step is site and vendor selection. Since Carol works with many vendors, she can identify the optimal combination for each client, eliminating hours of work. As she visits each of the vendors with the client, Carol points out the distinctive touches that can enhance the wedding, and those items that are unnecessary. Carol reviews each contract carefully to examine potential unexpected costs. With her experience, Carol knows when items can be negotiated.
