The Billy Frank, Jr. Conference Center is a vibrant event space available for educational programs, celebrations, workshops, lectures, fundraisers and other business and community events. Featuring exposed trusses, soaring windows, and lots of natural light, the Center provides an invigorating atmosphere for the flow of ideas and the building of relationships.

The Conference Center is available for both daytime and evening events and at for-profit and non-profit rates. Seating is adaptable for events of different styles and budgets. A portable divider made from the building's original warehouse doors allows the open space to be divided into two rooms: a north room of 1100 square feet and south room of 700 square feet.

Other event spaces available in the building include a first floor atrium that is ideal for receptions and a third floor terrace with a fireplace overlooking the city park Jamison Square.

The Conference Center features sophisticated presentation and media equipment including VCR, CD and DVD players, laptop computer, remote control, presentation projector, 10'x10' projection screen, head sets, microphones, high-fidelity speakers, and wireless and ethernet high speed internet access.

Other amenities include a podium, 40 5'x2' tables with chairs, a hosting kitchen, and a selection of catering partners committed to local, sustainable cuisine.

Accessible by Portland Streetcar, on foot, and by bicycle, the Conference Center is on the second floor of the Jean Vollum Natural Capital Center at 721 NW Ninth Avenue, in Portland's vibrant Pearl District.

Billy Frank, Jr.'s many accomplishments in life have been grounded in a strong sense of place, and a solid resolve to fight for ecological health and justice for people. In his honor the Ecotrust Conference Center is renamed the Billy Frank, Jr. Conference Center. May all those who come together here carry on the spirit of Billy Frank, Jr.
