The Loft @47 West Street is the perfect venue for any event from seated dinners and receptions for 150 guests to cocktail parties for 250. Our 7,000 sq feet offers fantastic views, great day and evening light and an ambience that is quintessentially New York.
Hosting a smaller gathering? Via architectural design, an intimate ambience can be achieved, providing a warm and gracious environment for your guests.

The Loft’s amenities are numerous and among them we count a multi-zoned Opus sound system, four bathrooms with one handicap accessible, 2 full kitchens, DSL and 220 access, central air, 24 hour doorman, a bridal room with full bath and for the logistically minded, a freight elevator opening directly into the space for ease of equipment transport.

advise regarding room set up, vendor referrals and logistics. Our involvement can be as elaborate or as detached as your need dictates.
