That's 630 second, a unique space which combines the class of a prominent Manhattan location with pristine, stylish decor. It's the perfect setting for any event, and available at affordable rates.

From the canopied street level entrance at 630 second, your guests will descend - by elevator or by our winding, open marble staircase - into a luxurious central lobby, which sets the perfect welcoming atmosphere for your guests before they move on to the Grand Ballroom, which accommodates up to 660 people. Adjacent to the lobby are two other rooms (for 100 people and 50 people, respectively), which can be utilized in addition to the Grand Ballroom or separately for smaller-scale events.

On another level of our facility there is also a multi-purpose room that holds up to 100 people, plus a small classroom, an economical alternative for groups as small as 15.
In the heart of midtown Manhattan, 630 second is conveniently located at 35th Street and Second Avenue, moments from both the Queens-Midtown Tunnel and the FDR Drive, with ample parking nearby (on 34th between First and Second Avenues). A large catering kitchen on premises conveniently accommodates all your food-preparation requirements. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.

The Grand Ballroom
The centerpiece of our facility, the Grand Ballroom is spacious and graceful, from its lush, carpeted floor to the high vaulted ceiling, and is elegantly appointed with stately columns and handsome chandeliers. It is also equipped with a substantial stage, state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems, as well as a moveable dance floor -- making this a flexible and functional space, which will accommodate a large number of guests in a variety of comfortable formats: 660 for a reception; 650 theatre style; 600 for a banquet; and 500 seated with dancing.
